The Role
As our Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in driving our vision to revolutionize health and longevity. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, your responsibility will be to create and execute a robust digital marketing strategy, enhancing our global brand visibility, rocket fueling customer acquisition and customer engagement. Your strategic planning, creative thinking, and data-driven approach will leverage digital channels to expand our reach and amplify our mission. You will oversee our digital marketing operations, managing content creation, SEO, user experience optimization, and digital campaigns. Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage a cohesive digital marketing strategy in line with business goals and objectives.
Oversee our online presence across all digital platforms, enhancing brand consistency, visibility, and reach to diverse audiences with innovative tactics and techniques.
Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels including but not limited to social media, display, SEM, affiliate, and email marketing.
Ensure the creation of platform-tailored, high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and effectively engages our target audiences.
Manage all key social media platforms, optimize their content for increased visibility, engagement and community building.
Use analytics to measure campaign success, derive data-driven insights, and make informed marketing decisions.
Perform market research and customer data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Provide stakeholders with regular reports on digital marketing performance and ROI, leveraging analytics and other tools.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging social platforms, and best practices, integrating relevant ones into our strategy.
Lead the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and performance excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, customer service and science to ensure digital strategies align with overall business objectives and deliver the best customer experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in leadership positions in a digital or performance marketing role, preferably within the health tech industry.
Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, social media management, and brand management.
Demonstrated experience with all key digital marketing and analytics platforms.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative talent with strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and creative copywriting skills.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
Previous experience at a fast-paced startup and D2C digital health e-commerce ventures a plus.
