The Role

As the Head of Marketing, you will play a vital role in our ambitious vision to create a globally leading brand that redefines the future of health and longevity. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with the senior management team, your expertise, innovative thinking, and strategic execution will be fundamental in shaping our marketing landscape. Your creative thinking, decisions and ideas will contribute significantly to shaping the company's trajectory, positioning NU as a pioneering force in the emerging longevity industry. You will design, steer, and evolve marketing strategies that reach a diverse, global audience, translating our mission into a worldwide movement for health and longevity. Your efforts will bring the science of personalized health optimization to the forefront, crafting a compelling narrative that inspires and empowers individuals worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing plan and strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.

  • Guide the evolution of our brand across various channels, ensuring consistency and enhancing visibility.

  • Deploy strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement, utilizing digital marketing channels to extend our reach and impact.

  • Oversee and evaluate all marketing campaigns. Set comprehensive KPIs and goals for marketing performance and growth. Use analytics to inform marketing strategies and track effectiveness.

  • Cultivate relationships with media and stakeholders through innovative PR strategies. Manage public relations and media outreach to ensure a positive brand image. Oversee the creation and dissemination of press releases and manage relationships with media outlets.

  • Direct and support the marketing team across multiple locations and various functions, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.

  • Collaborate with the CEO and Chief Business Officer to set budgets, forecasts, and manage costs within the marketing department. Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, preparing detailed reports, both current and forecasting.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth. Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events.

  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the competitive landscape, staying ahead of market trends and leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and keep NU's brand, products, and services at the forefront of the health tech industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within the health tech industry.

  • Solid understanding of marketing strategies, customer engagement, brand management.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Creative talent with robust strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Previous experience at a fast-paced start-up and digital health e-commerce ventures is desirable.
