The Role

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing channels to drive effective campaigns that generate high-quality leads and convert them into loyal customers. Working closely with the marketing team, you will use data-driven insights to identify target audiences, optimize ad placements and budgets, and continuously improve campaign performance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive sales, new customer acquisition, retention, and elevate brand visibility.

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as paid search, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and assist with email marketing, ensuring optimal budget allocation and campaign performance.

  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze data, and implement tactics to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, CLV, CPL, and ROAS, providing insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences, develop compelling messaging, and create effective creative assets.

  • Optimize landing pages, user journeys, and the overall customer experience to enhance conversion rates and maximize CLV.

  • Assist with post-purchase engagement and support strategies to reduce customer churn rate and enhance loyalty.

  • Oversee remarketing campaigns and loyalty programs to foster customer retention.

  • Manage advertising budgets and resources, ensuring performance targets are met.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years in D2C paid marketing at a managerial level.

  • Proven track record of designing and executing digital marketing campaigns in e-commerce/retail.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTokAds, and email marketing platforms.

  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Experience in managing large media agencies.

  • Proficient in strategies across biddable technologies, paid media, social media, and affiliate marketing.

  • Adept at budget management across diverse channels and regions.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong commercial insight with a history of tracking campaign ROI.

  • Proven experience in analyzing marketing campaigns and presenting findings to senior management.

  • Established relationships with platform owners would be a plus.

  • Experience in leading and nurturing a paid media team.
